Tooltip Issues with Line and Stacked Bar Chart

Hello, has anyone had trouble with tooltips on the line component of a line and stacked column chart not populating in reports published to PBI service? This appears to be occuring across multiple reports and apps, is affecting multiple users, only impacts the line component of the chart regardless of the type of tooltip used (default or report page), and is only impacting reports in the PBI service (desktop continues to populate as expected). 

The tooltips that would regularly pop up when hovering over the line element of the chart are not populating (unless the chart is cross-filtered using another visual) while the stacked bar component of the chart continues to work as normal. I first noticed the issue today and reports were functioning normally last week, so it could be related to updates to the system over the weekend.

If you have noticed this, have you found any workaround other than cross-filtering the visual?
