Tiles report
Team, i’m Basic here and need more exploring here. I’m not sure whether tiles can only be used with Pro users by itselves ? Can this be shared to external team with the link ?

When we share a dashboard or report, the recipients need to have PRO license, or the dashboard/report resides in Premium capacity workspace. We can share a dashboard/report inside or outside our organization. For more information, see: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-share-dashboards
