The problem of displaying the button "edit report" in a web application

Hi all, 

 

The problem of displaying the button "edit report" in a web application, buttons hides under next toolbar

It does not matter where I open the browser on a laptop or an additional monitor, in Edge or Google Chrome.

What should I do that all functions are displayed normally?
