The issues with Org Apps

Gotcha, sorry, I misread that.
Just reading the docs, I'm not sure how I feel about how permissions are assigned either. It makes the objects accessible outside of the app and also no conscious effort is required to share data from other workspaces.
I need to do more research.
- You can set the default to collapsed.
2. Apps have audiences. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-create-distribute-apps#create-and-manage-multiple-audiences
3. Depends on what you're trying to achieve.
1. I mean the power bi sidebar, where you can select workspaces etc
2. Im talking orgapps not workspace apps

It makes the objects accessible outside of the app and also no conscious effort is required to share data from other workspaces. - this will be a major pain point in adoption & should have been handled much better or otherwise they could have gone a different route where all the itmes other than a report can be shared via an app like currently Dataflows can be viewed with viewer access but with this org app you can share a single dataflow.
