The gateway doesn't work !

Hi can you please help me with that error ?   i try to connect to Excel file , i copy the data source and all    but i'm still cant refresh the that ,   look at the error that i get :   "erro...

Please use the correct credentials for gateway datasource.

        Hi , what does it meat that the credentials are invalid ? I put my password that i insert to my computer every morning what i need to put i the AUTHENTICATION fileds ??
