Hi mac_giver 

1.You can try to reconfigure the data credentials before validating.

2.Please check whether a data type in your data source has been modified and cannot connect to the data source, you can refer to the following link

3.Try restarting the gateway.

4.Please check whether your Office365 account and Azure account are in the same tenant, you can refer to the following link.

    Anonymous Thanks for your ideas ! If it was working last week, can it still be a tenant issue ? How do I restart the gateway ?

      Hi mac_giver 

      Delete the gateway in the Service and add it again.
