The OData connector failed with the following error: record.

Hi,

I have a dashboard which connected to D365 BC. Before this the connection was fine, but this morning i receive this message:

Sales Performance - BC has failed to refresh.
Failure details: The OData connector failed with the following error: record.

I tried to reconnect the sources from Power BI Desktop and publish it back, but it is still happening when schedule refresh.

But weirdly, i can do refresh in Desktop app.

Need help from you guys. Thank you!

Hi @Anonymous ,

I think it may be because of an issue with your credentials. Try to update your credentials in the settings.
