I assume each of your smart TV has installed Power BI app, so you just need to sign in with your account on each of them. There's no "sharing" in this scenario so that you don't need to get a Pro license.

We're actually using LG smart TVs with webOS, which as far as I'm aware don't have the power BI app for download. For my tests I simply logged in the power BI service in the web browser and it worked just fine, so I don't think the app is necessary.
