Hi,
We are migrating Power BI reports/datasets from 1 tenant to other tenant..
In the freezing period (2 weeks), what things should be considered, i have written couple of points, can someone please add, clarify or correct it..
a. Users may not able to create reports/datasets..
b. Schedule of refresh may be halted to avoid data inconsistencies.
c. Adding/Removing users or changing permission may be restricted

During the 2-week freezing period, ensure the following:
✅ Users cannot create, edit, or publish new reports/datasets.
✅ Existing reports remain accessible but should not be modified.
✅ Scheduled refreshes may be paused to avoid inconsistencies.
✅ Live connections & DirectQuery sources should be validated post-migration.
✅ Adding/Removing users is restricted to maintain stability.
✅ User roles should be reviewed before migration to ensure correct access.
✅ Ensure Gateways are correctly configured in the new tenant.
✅ Validate data source authentication post-migration.
✅ Conduct pre-migration testing with key reports.
✅ Notify users well in advance to avoid disruptions.
