Tenant Level Setting - Use global search for Power BI

Hi I have noticed a new item in the tenant level setting "Use global search for Power BI". 

Does anyone know what it is meant to be doing ? I see it is using Azure Search under the hood which is Azure Cognitive Search. Is this for Q&A NLP or the Home page Search Box in Power BI Service ?
