Teach Users How to work with PBI
Within our org we are trying to increase usage of the App/Reports we have created. One piece of feedback that we have recieved is that a lot of these people have 0 background in PBI and feel overwhelmed when they come in.
I have an idea of including a "How to Use PBI" dashboard in our app with embedded links to helpful PBI videos explaining very simple things about how PBI works. Thinks like "What is a slicer and how to use it", "How to usual visual, page or report filters", "How to reset defaults", "How to export data"' etc.
I might just be inept but trying to search Microsofts community videos and playlists i couldn't find anything that quite fit the bill. Wondering if anyone has a resource like this they lean on or even a template that servis this function.
Hi mikeprice17 , There are many YouTube courses available to get started with Power BI. If you are looking for Microsoft courses, I recommend users review the documentation for PL-300.

I recommend to record your videos based on your reports like micro lessons. It makes eaiser to understand for your colleague. You can organize basic content like Navigation, Interaction, Filtering, Exporting and maybe additional tips and tricks.
