Post ProdigySubscription to report weekly/monthly
Recently I took over one of workspaces at my office and user asked me to turn off montly subsription to report A. In order to torubleshoot this I wanted to subsribe myself to one of the report and see how it works etc. I have following questions:
- How to I subsribe someone to report when I am not on the report itself page
- Is this is place where you manage subsriptions (see attached)
- If #2 is true when I edit on one of the subsription I see "recipient" and "owner" and it is once single user "Alex Smith" for both owner and recipient but when this user from my team approcahed in hallway about this I was under impression that this report is being subsribed by bunch of people

if you’re only seeing one user listed under Owner and Recipient, that simply means that specific subscription was created only for that one person. Each subscription in Power BI is independent, so if multiple people were subscribed to the same report, you would see multiple separate subscription entries, not a single subscription with many recipients.
One subscription = one Owner + one Recipient list
If five people subscribed to the same report, you’d see five subscriptions in the list. So if you’re seeing only “Alex Smith” inside the subscription you opened, that means only Alex Smith subscribed using that particular subscription entry. If you expected more users, check the list again, their subscriptions will show as separate rows.

· If a subscription has already been created for a report and you are an admin of the workspace where that report resides, you will be able to see all subscriptions—both yours and those created by others—for that report in the “Power BI subscriptions” section on the Notifications page (the same one you opened). From this page, you can edit an existing subscription and add or remove users. However, you cannot create a new report subscription from this page; you can only edit, delete, or take over existing subscriptions.

stribor45cool!!!. Can you comment on #3. What I am seeing is only one user that subsribed?
