Below are a few troubleshooting steps

Microsoft 365 admin to look at the Service Health Dashboard. Try opening the report in incognito or private mode and see if you can subscribe that way   this clears out any browser junk. You could also test the mobile app to see if subscriptions work there. Next, publish a simple report (like one with just a table or bar chart) in a fresh workspace and try subscribing to that   if it works, your original report might have visuals or settings causing the issue. Ask your admin to double check if the Email subscriptions setting is still turned on in the Power BI Admin Portal and that no company policies or email rules are blocking it.
