Streaming data not saved

I had a realtime streaming dataset(history data enabled) and binded report , after 26th of april none of the data were saved in the report, but the data updates on realtime dashboard. Today I created a new streaming dataset and it seems the data are not saved fro report either. What could be the problem ?

HI @coshada,

I test with my streaming api and both live tiles and history data visual work on my side. Can you please share more detail content to help us clarify your scenario?

In my opinion, I"d like to to suggest you turn off that option, reopen it after a few minutes and recreate new visuals to test.

BTW, you can also check its limitations to ensure if your requests are over limit.
