Sometimes cannot receive the subscribe mail

Dear,

I create a new Power BI report and publish it to APP, set the subscribe to share the report screenshot and link to users.
But sometimes I can't receive the auto mail.(The average is about once a month)
when I test and click the button Run NOW(it worked).
 May I know the reason?

Not clear what happended.

Is there a delay in sending the subscribe mail？Please re-check  the setting of your subscribtion.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket to investigate it.
