Hi there

What happens when you go into settings, then datasets and click on your dataset. Then click on more information what does it show you there?

Good morning,

 

I want to tell you that I was able to resolve the incident that was occurring, it turns out that someone on the server had closed the window of the gateway and the service was down and therefore did not refresh the information.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for letting us know. And that it is up and running again.

    The On-Premise Data gateway should run as a Service so closing down the window should not stop it from running.

      Hello, If we realized that closing the window of the gateway the connection drops and does not refresh the data.
