I am an admin for a Power BI Premium workspace. The workspace has 13 different datasets published to it each with varying dataset sizes. Two of the datasets are close to 1GB each in storage size and I have the reports set to the large dataset storage size to help with load times in the reports and the app that shows most of the reports in one place. I refresh the datasets (sources are mostly SharePoint folders, connecting directly to the files in the folders or combining folders) about once a month and have not had an issue with load times until this month. I did not change the settings for any of the datasets/reports/workspace/app but the load time for the app is pushing a minute when users try to load the app. I published the same reports in my personal workspace and the load time went back to normal. Is there anything I can do to decrease the load time for the app?

It seems your premium capacity need to be optimised (Memory and CPU contraints) to support the load, please get in touch with your Power BI Admin team they will be be ablre to help.

My Power BI Support team at my company switched the workspace from a smaller, less efficient server to a larger and less congested server. The app is zipping now! Thanks for the advice.
