Hello, I hope someone can help.
The link in the Excel Workbook keeps breaking (asking to be re-entered)? It seems to me that when it is opened directly to desktop app, it is fine (so i revert to the last version) but when it is opened in excel online the Addin for D365 needs to be re-entered and then the functionality for the refresh/publish etc goes:
Sometimes this message comes up:
or this:
Hi @LindaLincCymru ,
When did this problem arise? Do I still have this problem when I recreate a report? What do you mean by "and then the refresh/publish functions disappear"? Is it possible to provide a little more detail?

Thank you for getting back to me. I will be more descriptive:
We recently migrated to the new F&O system from D365HR and with that, i needed to change the source. When i enter the new URL, it goes through the usual refresh etc and then (previously, it allow a click on new, refresh, publish, filter, design and I would be able to use the report as intended)
The workbook was originally created from Excel Workbook Designer and all subsequent workbooks function as expected. Also, other workbooks which i have created and changed source are fine.
This one has a PowerQuery to visualise the data better.
When the workbook is opened in Excel Online, i click AddIn, D365 and the add server information instruction comes up (before, i did it once and no need to repeat)
Then when i enter URL and command yes to refresh, this happens:
Unable to click new, refresh, publish, filter and on Design - all the tables I had pulled through are gone!
When i open in Desktop App I have found everything to be ok. This is a solution for me...
However, corporate policies may want the document to be stored on SharePoint - meaning Excel Onine - meaning back to the beginning!
I hope this explains more clearly?
