Slicer error when publishing to service

Hi, 

I keep having issues with the "between" slicer when publishing our reports on pbi service. It either changes the slicer to a list or I receive an error message. Everything works well on the desktop version. All my bookmarks are updated. 

Any ideas or a potential workarounds?

Hi @Anonymous, 

Did you set the personal bookmark and use it as default view? Please check if the Reset to Default button is available in the report, if it is, please click on it to check if the slicer is "Between" mode.
