Show Insights Pane - Embed (ISV Scenario - App owns Data)

I would like to show "Insights" Pane when our reports are rendered in read-only mode. I looked at IReportPanes interface and don't see a property for Insights. Is there a way I can programatticaly enable the Insights pane? Also, we hide action bar in our embed config, does Insights pane and Insights work if action bar is hidden?

I think it is ok, should not affect the programming mode of operation.
