Sharing report cross app/workspaces
Dear all,
In our organisation we are using Apps per department. Some reports are used by multiple departments and we can reuse a report in differents app by my a copy of a report. However the disadvantage is that the derived reports are hard to maintain and to keep an eye on. My question is: Is there a way to spread reports cross apps/workspaces without many a copy of them?

Hi. You can add reports from a different workspace to the app. That cross stuff is not there. You can suggest the idea in ideas.powerbi.com
The best copy would be a report connected to the original dataset as source. That way you will only maintain the UX/UI but the data/measures are always refreshed from source.
You can consider Sharing the report. With the sharing report link you may be able to build something like a button in the app from a different place with a weburl action to redirect from the App to the shared report. That might be an approach. It's not "IN" the app, but you can navigate the report through it.
