Sharing dashboard with external users
Hello Community
I have an issue. I am trying share a dashboard with an account out of my organization, but the account has a power BI account and Pro License.
When the user follows the link, he is directioned to his own workspace and it displays a message "This reports was deleted or not exist".
How can I share dashboard with this user?

Hi Anonymous,
You can follow this article to share dashboard outside/inside of the organization.
The end user needs to copy the dashboard link get in received email, then open a Inprivate browser to paste this link and go. See: When you share your dashboard with people outside your organization.

I follow your instructions, the user can view the dashboard but when he tried access to report, this message shows it.

Would you please translate the error message display in the image to English for our better understanding?
In addition, is the dashboard shared from a Group Workspace or My Workspace? Which data source did this report connect to? Please share detail information for us to test it.
