Sharing a report in a workspace

I have created a Report in a workspace, and want to send a link to the report to a colleague who is also a member of the workspace and has a Pro license.  I click on Share, in the top right hand c...

    Hi reubster,

     

    Are you sending an email from the Share pane using the "Share" button, or are you just copying the link and sending in a separate email?

     

    Having the link isn't the same as having access to the report. What you'll want to do is finish the process of using the Sharing menu. Where it says "Grant Access To," enter their email, and click Share at the bottom. That will give them access and notify them in an email that it's available.
