Sharing Report and Dashboard using Power BI free account

Hi Everyone. Can someone enlightened me, can I share report and dashboard to my colleague that has no power BI application using my free power BI account. Is it posible or is there any way to share the report and dashboard to someone without having a power BI application in his/her desktop. Any help would be greatly appriciated.
