Hello,
i've got the following Problem:
I want to share an Excel Workbook in the Power BI App.
Before the changes form the 29. September 2023 i was uploading the Excel Workbook local to the Power BI Workspace, intergrated it into the app and it worked fine for the other members of the workspace.
Now after the changes i have to upload the file from Onedrive into the workspace and then intergrated it into the app.
The other members of the workspace get the following error when trying to open the workbook in the Power BI App:
Can't open your workbook
Power BI can't open your workbook. Try opening it in Excel Online, or try again later.
Please try again later or contact support.
They get the error even if i use a worksheet with nothing but one word in it.
Additional Information: The other members have no access to the Onedrive folder from which i upload the Excel Workbook to the Workspace.
Does anyone have a solution for this?
Thanks in advance.

Hi @IMB_2023 ,
Please share the OneDrive Folder with the Workspace Members.Make sure to give them 'Can View' or 'Can Edit' permissions based on your requirements.
Hope it helps!
