Sharepoint webpart

Hi,

I have integrated some of my Power BI report in a Sharepoint page, using the Power BI webpart. My reports take some time to load in Power BI service, but even more so when integrated in SharePoint. Also if you scroll down and up again on the page, the reports reload again. On iPad/iPhone nothing works, they just keep loading and reloading.

How can I fix this? Obviously, my users can't work with this, and the whole point of integrating with SharePoint was to make the reports more accessible for a broader user group, + combine with other tools.

    Hi Anonymous

the keyword you just said it " My reports take some time to load in Power BI service " . It shouldn't, you need to first see why and where is the problem with the reports.

It is not that slow. It takes 3 seconds to load one page in Power BI, If I change a filter (I use slicers) i takes 2-3 seconds to display the options in the drop down, and then another 2-3 seconds for the report to update.

I have 30+ tabs in my report. Of these 20 are integrated into Power BI, using the Power BI webpart. So I have one webpart per tab. It loads the first 5 relatively fast, but the rest take a long time. Is there an upper limit to how many Power BI webparts I can have in one SharePoint page?

In the Sharepoint iPhone/iPad app the page keeps reloading. When I scroll down to see the reports it stops halfway through and reloads the entire page.
