Sharepoint > service model refresh error

I built a model in Power BI desktop by connecting to an excel document stored in Sharepoint. The Sharepoint belongs to my organisation and i have credentials to log in etc.

I selected get data, web and then the URL of the document. When I refresh in Power BI desktop the data refreshes fine.

I clicked to "publish" and I see the sematic model in the service just fine but my scheduled refresh failed due to "at least one data source missing credentials"

I cannot seem to solve this. Can anyone guide me please. I am just learning so be gentle!

Hi @Sadie27,
To update credentials,

Shivu2000_0-1718017701991.png

Click on the schedule refresh

Shivu2000_1-1718017725694.png

and than under the data source credentials option you will see the edit credentials option and for the one you have to verify will give error notification.

Just click on edit credentials and enter you work email and the security level required.
And after this refresh will work normally.

Hi - sadly this doesn't work and I get the same message no matter what combinations of security levels I try.
