Shared link to dashboard does not work

Hi,

I have shared a dashboard with a collegue. When going to shared with me at her pc and clicking on the dashboard nothing happens. Cursor stays active in the search field above. I already reshared the dashboard with here, but the problem is still there.

Does anyone has a solution?

Hi @Anonymous,

Can you please provide more detail about your sharing operations?  If you mean share with a external account, these contents not go to 'share with me' tab.

They will receive an e-mail from power bi and they can only click on the link in shared email to view contents.
