Shared Semantic model the user cant refresh the semantic model
Hello dobregon1988 ,
you can create a report with a power apps button, that when clicked it uses power automate to go and refresh the semantic model you want.

Super UserHi dobregon1988 I differ from Idrissshatila solution. Eventhough you create a power apps / power automate button to refresh the dataset it will only work when you trigger the buttons beacuse the system will still look for access for the logged in user. Since the user does not have access to the worskpace the power automate trigger will still fail for that user !. You might want to use an HTTP Trigger and use the link in a button to trigger it
