Shared Dashboard "Loading..."

I have shared a dashboard with two people in my organization.  When the accept the invitation and sign up as a free Power BI user they gain access, but the dashboard visualizations do not load.  Clic...

Exactly the same issue here - dashboard problems, reports are fine. What data source are you using?

This only happens to me if I have a custom visual in the underlying report. Try removing the custom visual and see if the problem still persists.
