Shared Dashboard doesn't work

Hey,

I shared a dashboard to another power Bi User, nothing in my settings is changed. 

The only thing the another user sees is buffering sign of the dashboard, but nothing else happens (no error message).

Do you have any ideas what might be the mistake?
