Shared Dashboard Error

I've run into a problem when sharing dashboards.  When the person receiving the dashboard clicks the link they go to a gray screen and nothing happens.  If they log in  they can access the report tho...

The user I shared with has a PBI Pro License.  I don't really understand the tenancy thing, but our organisation has a number of licenses in O365.

What happens if you email the person the link?

 

Or if they click on Shared with Me?

    If I send a link to a user who I've granted access to they can open it no problem.  Also if they log in and go to 'Shared with me' it's working too.  It's just when I share through the online power Bi that the recipient gets the gray screen issue.

        Thanks GilbertQ, I just looked at that.  Our experience has been a little different to the one described there but I’m hoping this might all be connected and the fix will work for us too.
