Shared Dashboard Error
I've run into a problem when sharing dashboards. When the person receiving the dashboard clicks the link they go to a gray screen and nothing happens. If they log in they can access the report tho...

No same thing,
the person who received the dashboard in the test I just ran got the gray screen again with an address that starts with "https://app.powerbi.com/InvitationSignUp?" although I'm not sure if this gives us any clues about what's going on.

Does the user you shared the report with belong to the same email address (Tenant)?
Does the user you shared the report with have Power BI Pro?The user I shared with has a PBI Pro License. I don't really understand the tenancy thing, but our organisation has a number of licenses in O365.
