Shared Capacity Workspace Limits

Hi,

there are a lot of answers to this topic but i am still confused on the topic how much data a user can upload himself and to app workspaces.

1. A single user with Pro licence can upload max 10 GB to the service, no metter whether its to my workspace or app workspace. He could for example upload all of the 10GB to my workspace, or upload parts of the 10GB to differnet app workspaces and my worspace, as long as the sum is lower 10 GB?

2. An app workspace in shared capacity itself has max 10GB size. Means that even if I have several users with pro license, they cannot upload more than 10 GB together in this app workplace?

3. Theoretically my capacity has a size of 10GB * the number of pro licenses. Therefore i can create as many workspaces i want, but every workspace itself has limit of 10 GB.

Thanks for your help.

Hi @LuITS - Your understanding is almost there, For Pro User Limit: 10 GB of personal storage across all workspaces.(a user can split this 10 GB across multiple workspaces if they want, but their personal total cannot exceed 10 GB.)

Shared Capacity Workspace Limit: 10 GB per workspace, regardless of the number of users contributing. (Even if multiple users with Pro licenses contribute to a single App Workspace, the total storage for the workspace remains capped at 10 GB.)

Aggregate Capacity: You can have multiple workspaces, each with up to 10 GB in shared capacity, but individual users are still limited by their 10 GB storage cap.

For larger storage needs, Premium capacity (or Premium Per User) would allow for higher storage limits and larger dataset sizes.
