Share report with external users - one works, the other not

Hi everybody

We have a strange issue. We want to share a report with external people. We added a first person. We got the warning message: "one or more email addresses are outside your organization", but OK it worked. Immediately after that, we added a second person within the same organisation of the first person, but then we got an error message: "one or more email addresses are outside your organization" (with the X in front and not the triangle).

Did anyone had this problem? Can anyone help us please?

Have you confirm share email link send success? Is this issue only appears which specific users?(if they has particular rule settings on office tenant) Have you test with other accounts?

Hi v-shex-msft,

It seems like it only appears with a specific user, but both users are in the same office tenant (both same @***.com e-mail adres).

I tested with my own account and I could share my report with both users without any problem.

Any ideas?

Hi @Anonymous,

Hmm, I'd like to suggest you contact to IT to check settings and policy for that user, it sounds like some features has been blocked.

In addition, you can also submit a support ticket with some trace logs of shared operations to get better support.(notice: pro licenses can create support ticket for free)
