Service Refresh Issue - Visuals one hour behind refresh time

rgreener - It's almost certainly because of time zone somehow. So in the Service it is running at 9AM but wherever the data source is located it is only 8AM?

    Hey  there and thanks for the reply,

     

    In the service the update runs at 8am, finishes at 8:05 and all visuals show only through 7am. That pattern continues with each update throughout the day!

      dataset creation and service update are same location, EST forgot to mention that

        Can you provide some sample data about what you are displaying in your visual? That would be better to understand your scenario.
