Sensitivity Labels won't show

I have published a report in Power BI Service. I've created sensibility labels in Microsoft Compliance Centre. I have set these labels on my dataset and report. But when I export data from my report, no message about these labels appear.

What am I doing wrong?

Do you belong to a security group that has permissions to apply sensitivity labels, as described in Enable sensitivity labels in Power BI?  Kindly check the settings according to the image below
