Hi wanthanaj,
If you are still unable to see the Semantic Model Image in Power BI Service after uploading it, these may be the possible reasons and follow these steps to resolve the issue:
* Check Your License and Workspace type. If you’re on a PPU trial, this feature might not be fully enabled
in your tenant. So, if possible, try using a Pro or Premium (non-trial) workspace.
* Re-login and check in another workspace. Sign out of Power BI Service and log back in and then try
uploading an image in a different workspace to see if it works there.
If you still cannot see the image, please tell your workspace type (Premium, Pro, PPU trial, My Workspace, etc.) or the type of dataset you are using(imported, DirectQuery, or live connection). Also any error messages you see when uploading the image.
If I misunderstand your needs or you still have problems on it, please feel free to let us know.
Best Regards,
Hammad.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
I have tried sign out and log back in. It is a Premium workspace, not trial.
My dataset uses import mode and there is no error message when uploading the image.
I can only a model name and description when hover on... next to the model. Is that the right place?
Cheers,
Wanthana
