Security Groups in Tenant Setting

I would like to specify a group that can export data. I thought this would be an AAD group, but this doesn't seem to be the case. Where is the list of security groups that is mentioned in ADMIN PORTA...

    Thank you, GilbertQ. It turns out that there was a hiccup syncing AD with AAD.

When I have used these settings in the past I was able to select an AAD group.
