Schedulled refresh randomly failed for all gateway

Hello Comunity,

I'm facing with problem of randomly failing of schedulled refreshing in my datasets. This is touch all datastets at the same time.

After computer restarting everything back to normal. The message is "Your gateway is offline and can't be reach. Make sure the computer is working."

I tried to log in to my gateway but I got error.  I'm struggle with this problem 1 year and can't solve it. I requested 2 times a ticket in microsoft, but guy contacting with me made randomly troubleshouting but not solve it at all.

I'm adding part of error log:

My gateway is installation in a standard mode. I have dedicated new gaming computer and made it as 24h server with lan connection to high speed internet. The computer is almost new with Windows 11.

So you are the sys admin for the machine. Right?
Your error message gave a hint regarding ports 80 and 443. Ports are opened for income/outcome communication?
Do you have the right setup for connectivity to/from web? Any firewall rules?

Correct, at the begining I have no full admin rights, but we fix it and still randomally happed. 

To be honest, I didn't touch or configure ports and their configuration. I not feel in position to do it. Do You think I should aks our IT support? What do You suggest to check ? We have firerwall but not making any rules.

Yes, talk to your IT suport.
Maybe there was chnages made. You never know what going on behind the scenes.

Hey @Jacekk111 ,

wow, you struggle with this already 1 year. 😮
Can you pls provide more information due to your installed gateway.
 - where is your gateway installed? (on your notebook/PC or VM)
 - do you use a standard mode or personal mode?

Error message provided above appears usually when your machine (where your gateway is installed) is off or not reacheable trough your network.
