    Yes, talk to your IT suport.
    Maybe there was chnages made. You never know what going on behind the scenes.

wow, you struggle with this already 1 year. ðŸ˜®
Can you pls provide more information due to your installed gateway.
 - where is your gateway installed? (on your notebook/PC or VM)
 - do you use a standard mode or personal mode?

Error message provided above appears usually when your machine (where your gateway is installed) is off or not reacheable trough your network.
