Scheduling a refresh with data from Cosmos DB
Hello,
I face difficulties trying to schedule a refresh on app.powerbi.com. The data comes from Cosmos DB and goes through a rest API and Apache Drill to be imported to Powerbi.
Please can you help me to remove this error ?

Currently, Azure Cosmos DB connector has not been integrated with Power BI Service. So, the data can't been refreshed in Power BI Service. You can get the note here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cosmos-db/powerbi-visualize.

To me, this is the key message:

I would run a network trace when you try to connect and see which point is failing. The message says it can't connect so I am betting something is keeping the connection from getting through all the technical hops.
