Scheduled refresh without direct query table

Hi,

I have data set where most of my tables are in import mode and one (the biggest one) is by direct query. I have scheduled refresh set to once a day. I've noticed that scheduled refresh also downloads data from direct query table (which is unnesessary and resource and time consuming). Is there any way to disable schedule refresh for direct query tables?

    Most likely you have added a local data model to your Direct Query data source (you should see "Mixed Storage Mode" in the bottom right) and you have created calculated columns in that local copy.  These will be refreshed during dataset refreshes.
