Helper IIScheduled refresh very slow
Hi Team,
we are working with Premium Power BI service and we have several dashboards to refresh at same time. 2 months ago, schedules worked fine but now, time refresh has increased exponentially and some dashboards takes more than 2 hours or fails, so we haven't updated data for clients.
We need to know how refresh working on Power BI service. Does it run sequential? It is possible that occurs some locks in dashboard refreshes? if database is not accesible, for example, dashnboards refresh it can be in a queue?

Power BI Refresh is different based on connection mode and the performance is based on Capcacity.
You may learn more about refresh from this offical blog: Data refresh in Power BI.
Free and Pro user will refresh their reports in shared capacity, as we know shared capacity will has limitation in refresh rate, stroage mode and so on.
If we need better peformance in refresh like larger refresh rate or bigger stroage mode, we need to purchase Premium.

Currently you are working with Premium Power BI service.
In the dedicated capacity, the size of the resources you get varies depending on the Premium SKU you purchase, which will affect the time you refresh and how many you refresh in parallel, etc.

You can monitor Power BI capacities in Power BI Admin portal or Power BI Premium Capacity Metrics app
Here, I suggest you download the Capacity Metrics app and check it to find which lack of resources causes poor capacity performance.

IsaTMKIn addition to, at same time, we have differents data sources (MySQL, SQL, Oracle) an several dashboards on each source, in the same database or differents dababase in the same server.
