Scheduled refresh on AAS datasets in Workspace
Hi,
I have a few reports connected to an Azure Analysis Services (server) tabular model.
These reports are 'live connection', so I am wondering why datasets are being uploaded into the workspace with scheduled refreshes against them.
e.g.,
I thought live connection would be live and not require refreshes?

Live connection datasets do not require data refreshes, as they always query the latest data from the source.However, there are still some scenarios where a refresh is required. For example, if the data source schema changes, or if there are changes to the security settings that affect the user's ability to access the data.
