Scheduled refresh limits
Hi,
How many data sets Power BI Pro allows me to set to refresh automatically in a schedule? I know that i can refresh 8 times per day, but there is no information about how many reports i can do this.
I have 250 data sets/reports of diferent clients that have to be updated automatically once a month.

Please refer to the online document. The workspace allows only maximum of 200 datasets to be published with in it. This limit of 200 includes the combination of datasets and reports together. Also there are some workarounds.
- Flush out the unwanted/unused dataset from the workspace.
- Create another workspace and use it particularly for large datasets.
- You can also use the Get Data method to import local files into Power BI Service by keeping the PBIX files into OneDrive or any local folder or any other Power BI supportable data source locations.
