I am not sure why has it has been going well previously. Can you please help me to figure out this error code and debug  it as I was not the one who built this report.

    Hi Polar_A

As it says in this document: Power BI limits semantic models on shared capacity to eight scheduled daily semantic model refreshes.

Data refresh in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

You've exceeded the refresh limit of every two hours.

    Hi Polar_A

Did the refresh succeed in the past, or is this a new report published to the Service?

Are you able to manually refresh it in the service?

Are you able to manually refresh the data model in Power BI desktop?

Is it a large data model?

My first hunch is that you are either loading in too much data (and may need to setup Incremental Refresh, or limit the amount of data that you are loading), or that you have an error in your query. Either of those could cause a server timeout.

      Hi Jonvoge

The system used to refresh daily at 6 am, but the end users have asked for it to be refreshed every two hours From 6am-6pm. The change did not interrupt the refresh, previously which has been running fine for the last two weeks. It was only on Saturday evening when the refreshed failed, it still refreshes but every other refreshes fails. Are my refreshes too frequent?
