Scheduled refresh has been disabled

There was a database with api and we created a dashboard according to the dataset, and we've published it to pbi sevice. Everything was okay, but since January 1, 2023 we have an error like that : Scheduled refresh has been disabled. Though we've changed the creditentals from the edit creditentals section, it doesn't work. If you had an issue like that and have a solution can you share it please?
