Scheduled refresh for Amazon Redshift data

Hi 

I've encountered the following error while trying to configure scheduled refresh my Amazon Redshift data:

In Power BI desktop I'm able to refresh the dataset. I already went through a lot of threads related to this in PBI community. I understand that there is a range of IP addresses which are required to be whitelisted in Redshift from here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=41653  
This solution is not feasible as there is a long-range of IP addresses that need to be whitelisted which keeps on changing every week. Also, exposing the DB to open internet is not secure. 

What is the best possible workaround for this or has Microsoft provided a solution for this?
