Scheduled refresh fails, on-demand works

Hello,

I recently moved the personal gateway to an OVH cloud running on Windows 2012 R2.
Since I have done this all the scheduled reports which are connected to google analytics fails 80% of the time for the past 3 weeks. All other reports are not impacts.
When I run on-demand refresh, it works sometimes and fails sometimes. On occation I need to update the password for any one data source in the report and then it works. I have not been able to understand the error as there is no error message just an activity id and request id.

How would you recommend I solve this?
